Philosophy/Bio

I recognize that the knowledge I have does not belong to me and I am indebted to the innumerable teachers, mentors and colleagues who poured themselves into me.  I see myself not as a reservoir, but as a river, with that knowledge flowing out to those around me.

My primary motivation is adding value to the lives of my students.  Everything in which I invest myself is a part of that, whether in creating resources, teaching directly, or expanding my own abilities.
